Yes, you can reschedule your booking by visiting our online bookings page on our website. Please ensure that any changes are made at least three (3) hours before your original booking time.
Bookings are non-transferable. If you cannot attend, please cancel and reschedule or request a refund.
You’ll need to cancel your current booking, request a refund, and then rebook with the correct vehicle size.
Unfortunately, no refunds or store credits are provided for missed appointments where no prior notice was given.

To change your service, you’ll need to cancel your current booking and request a refund. You can then make a new booking with the correct service.

You can book a service up to one month in advance. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.
You can cancel your booking up to three (3) hours before the scheduled time by contacting the store of booking. You can change yoour booking through the cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation email, this can be done at no cost (3) hours prior to your booking. Cancellations made 3 hours prior to booking are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within three (3) hours of the scheduled booking will result in the forfeiture of your payment, you will instead receive store credit and will need to contact the store to rebook. Cancellations made within three (3) hours of the scheduled booking must be cancelled by contacting the store.
